The TRM Advantage mission is to provide the small to medium-sized business and project communities with everything they need to manage risk in a simple, streamlined, flexible application. This includes developing relationships with consulting companies to support customers with any additional needs.

Our vision is to provide a one-stop site that meets the needs of small to medium-sized business and projects that are starting or upgrading their risk management capabilities. The shop will include an application and supporting experience and knowledge and partners capable of providing any needed organizational implementation guidance and training.
Our application records, analyzes, and manages risk in a manner that aligns with both ISO 31000 and Project Management Institutes risk management standards. The application must be online, subscription-based, mobile device compatible, support customizing every aspect of the classification system, have experience-based knowledge built-in, and provide a strong value proposition.
All available knowledge must be embedded into the application and a procedure that customers can follow to guide their risk management activities and train personnel. Additional knowledge needed must be available through partnered risk management consultants.
